Getting help
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what Warser showed you instead. A screenshot helps. If it is about an access request, include the application and roughly when it was made; please do not send passwords or secrets.
Connecting Microsoft Teams
A Warser admin connects Microsoft Teams. It needs a Warser organisation on the Growth plan or above.
- In Warser, open Settings, Integrations, Microsoft Teams, and download the Warser app.
- In the Microsoft Teams admin center, upload it under Teams apps, Manage apps, Upload new app, so everyone in your organisation can add it.
- In Microsoft Teams, open your chat with Warser and send the connect code shown in Settings.
Using Warser in Microsoft Teams
Warser works in your personal chat with the bot. Send help at any time to see what it does.
- Asking for access: say what you need, for example "Figma for the rebrand, for 2 weeks". Warser reads your message with AI and shows you the request to check. Nothing is sent until you click Send request, and you hear in the chat when it is decided.
- Approving or declining: access requests waiting for you arrive in the chat as cards. Warser records who decided in its audit log.
If Warser says your Microsoft account is not linked to a Warser account, the email address Microsoft Teams holds for you does not match an account in your Warser organisation. Ask your Warser admin to invite you with that address.
Removing Warser from Microsoft Teams
A Warser admin disconnects Microsoft Teams under Settings, Integrations, Microsoft Teams. Warser then forgets every chat it had in your organisation. To remove the app itself, a Microsoft Teams admin blocks or deletes it under Teams apps, Manage apps.
